HOW SHOULD THE PANS BE CARED FOR?
In order to maintain the non-stick surface in optimum conditions, carefully store the pans avoiding direct contact with metal or sharp objects. Dry them thoroughly with a dry towel after washing to eliminate water spots and help maintain the enamel clean and bright.
Always allow your pots and pans to cool off before washing them. If they are soaked in hot water while they are still hot, the base of the product could undergo severe damage which will affect uniform heat distribution and consequential food burning. It is not advisable to use Clorox or other abrasive products such as oven cleaners because they can damage both the non-stick coating and the enamel surface.
To extend the durability of the non-stick surface and have it in perfect cooking conditions, it is important to remove any food residue each time you use the pan. Otherwise, there will be buildup on the surface that will affect the non-stick properties of the coating.
