Vitrinor advances in energy efficiency with the renovation of its auxiliary facilities

At Vitrinor, we continue to work to improve the energy efficiency of our facilities and move towards a more sustainable production model.

As part of this commitment, we have carried out a project to modernize the auxiliary compression and regasification facilities, through the renovation of their equipment and the incorporation of low-consumption technologies.

This action aims to reduce energy losses, optimize the operation of the facilities, and improve the efficiency of our industrial processes.

The project has involved a total investment of 393,264.59 euros, and has received aid of 68,086.55 euros, within the line of aid for energy efficiency actions in SMEs and large companies in the industrial sector.

This initiative has been co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), coordinated by the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE) and managed by the Government of Cantabria, charged to the National Energy Efficiency Fund.

With investments like this, at Vitrinor we continue to modernize our facilities, committing to a more responsible use of resources and contributing to the development of a more efficient and sustainable industry.
